With over a decade of experience in financial services compliance, risk management, governance and data protection, Carol brings extensive regulatory expertise to the Partners Like Us team. As Head of Compliance, she plays a key role in overseeing the firm’s compliance framework and ensuring that robust policies, controls and procedures are embedded across the business.

Carol has a strong understanding of MiFID II and IDD regulatory requirements across the EU, with particular focus on adviser oversight, suitability, client protection, conduct of business obligations, AML, data protection and ongoing regulatory reporting. Her practical approach ensures that regulatory requirements are translated into effective day-to-day processes that support both the business and its clients.

Her commitment to high standards, regulatory integrity and effective risk management is central to maintaining a strong compliance culture within the firm. Carol is dedicated to ensuring that Partners Like Us continues to operate with transparency, professionalism and trust, while delivering a consistent and reliable client experience as the business grows.

Carol fully embraces the expat lifestyle alongside her husband. She enjoys spending time by the beach, taking long walks to unwind, and is an avid follower of boxing and MMA.
